PTT’s Technical Services Department is located in our Canonsburg, PA headquarters. The department consists of Inside Sales, Field Service Technicians, and Engineering/Drafting personnel.

Our Inside Sales staff is dedicated to getting you the parts you need to keep your equipment operating. As the authorized supplier of Pennsylvania Transformer, Cooper Power, and McGraw-Edison transformers and McGraw-Edison and Federal Pacific circuit breakers, PTT maintains thousands of OEM parts in inventory for these legacy products. Inside Sales will help choose the correct parts and kits and have them expedited to your facility. Overnight shipping is available for emergency situations.

PTT’s Field Service Technicians will install and test the replacement parts at your convenience. Our technicians travel the country providing replacement and refurbishing services for transformers, on-load tap changers, and oil and SF6 circuit breakers.

If you are looking to get longer life or more capability out of your existing transformers, our Technical Service Department’s dedicated team of engineers and drafters can provide accurate load studies, cooling enhancement, and condition appraisal services.
